SHEREE VICKERS
performing ~ actress

Sheree now works actively in young people's theatre and on community projects. Her last performance tour was in 2001 with the sell-out show DON'T LOOK SO WORRIED (click The Worried Tour link opposite for more information)

Prior to that she spent 4years with
KINETIC THEATRE COMPANY on both administrative duties and two-person 8 month UK tours, involving driving, maintenance of set, props & costume, sound & lighting, accommodating to various spaces and acting!
Shows (directed by Graham Scott) included:

  • THE LIGHT FANTASTIC - A Country & Western Send Up (1994/95)
  • LADY CECILY’S SOUND BOX - A Victorian Melodrama (1995/96)
  • THE HOSPITAL FORCE - A 'Carry On' Style Farce (1997/98)

Perhaps her favourite tour to-date was as a jazz singer in THE LITTLE BIG BAND for VE & VJ Day 50th Anniversary celebrations. Working dates around Wales and having a ball singing & jiving with a generation who really knew how to celebrate!

Notable TV "BLINK-AND-YOU'LL-MISS-IT" walk-on appearances have included ONE FOOT IN THE GRAVE, THE BILL, BAD GIRLS and various films for the BBC ... all the standard fare, except one - she's never been in The Queen Vic on EastEnders - well, we can only hope!

Other acting work has included:
CINNAMON & PORK, Horla Theatre Company, Rose & Crown Theatre, London (2000)
Director: Dave Roberts

COMPOSING VENUS, Queensland State Theatre Company, Australia (1994)
Director: David Bertold

PRIMAL FEAR, Independent Film . Abacus Studios, London (1993)

WORLDS END PLAY, Chelsea Arts Centre, London (1993)
Community production commissioned for the Chelsea festival.
Director: Francis Alexander
