SHEREE VICKERS

Sheree
has been working with young people and community
groups on theatre projects for over 12years. She
has facilitated workshops for LONDON BUBBLE,
POLKA THEATRE FOR CHILDREN, the SHAKESPEARE
SCHOOLS FESTIVAL, the SOHO THEATRE Writers
Festival and worked as Education Officer at the
UNICORN THEATRE.
Sheree trained as an actress and has performed at
festivals and theatres around the world. Her
unique skills have been featured on V.GRAHAM
NORTON, THE BIG BREAKFAST and FUNNY BUSINESS for
LWT. Aside from touring theatres around Great
Britain and working the fringes in Canada, Sheree
has also acted with companies in London, the USA
and with Queensland's National Theatre Company in
Australia.
Sheree has written numerous magazine articles and
teacher reference materials on her work within
the SEN classroom. She is also the author of
several books including the ACTIVE DRAMA
PLAYSCRIPTS series, DRAMA SCRIPTS FOR PEOPLE WITH
SPECIAL NEEDS and THE STORIES WITHIN.
Aside from her freelance work, Sheree is
also the artistic director of SAVVY
THEATRE COMPANY
and often employs other professional actors,
directors, costume designers, puppeteers,
choreographers etc... either for SAVVY or other
projects in the pipeline and is always keen to
speak to people interested in/involved with drama
